1. Eligibility for Returns
- Returns are accepted within 14 days of receiving your order.
- Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in resellable condition.
- Custom-made, personalized, or clearance items cannot be returned.
2. Return Process

- Once approved, we will provide return shipping instructions.
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
3. Refund Policy
- Refunds will be processed once we receive and inspect the returned item.
- The refund will be issued to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
- Shipping fees and non-refundable charges (if applicable) will be deducted from the refund.
4. Damaged or Incorrect Items
- If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 3 days with photos as proof.
- We will provide a replacement or issue a full refund, including shipping costs.
5. Non-Returnable Items
- Custom or personalized items.
- Clearance or final sale items.
- Used or damaged products after delivery.
6. Cancellation Policy

Orders can be canceled under the following conditions:

Before Shipping:
If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us within 12 hours of placing the order. If your order has not yet been shipped, we will process your cancellation and provide a full refund. -
After Shipping:
If your order has already been shipped, we are unable to cancel the order. In this case, you may proceed with a return after receiving the item, in accordance with our Returns Policy.
